Arrival Readiness

Lite: $250 (small/medium homes) · Full: $350+ (Groceries cost not included).
Vendor Coordination
Your local point of contact: let in the plumber, meet the electrician, oversee deliveries, coordinate multiple vendors, keep projects moving—so you don’t have to fly in.
Standard: $100/hr (Mon–Fri, 9–5) · Priority: $145/hr (after-hours/weekends/holidays). Site-day rates: Half-day (up to 4h) $450 · Full day (up to 8h) $850.
Post-storm checks
Rapid property check after wind, snow, or heavy rain.
Exterior walkthrough (doors/windows, roofline from ground), spa/thermostat status, power/water issues, and time-stamped photo report to your inbox.
- Same-day window when possible
- Vendor escalation if we find an issue (with your pre-approval)
- Optional second visit after utility restoration
Flat: $150 / event (most homes) • Large/complex properties by quote
Personal Errands
Airport transfers, gifting, last-minute essentials—anything that makes your stay smooth and delightful.
Standard: $95/hr · Priority: $145/hr (1-hour minimum; travel/out-of-area by quote).
Experiences & Hosting
Intimate dinner parties, on-property tastings, family celebrations. We curate talent, logistics, and ambience end-to-end.

Pet care
Daily check-ins or overnight care for your four-legged family. Walks, feed/water, litter/yard tidy, medication (as provided), and a quick photo update after every visit.
- 30-min visit for one pet; add-on time/pets available

Fridge stock
We shop your short list (or our standard basics), place everything neatly, and remove haul-away packaging.

- Includes unpacking and fridge tidy

Seasonal décor & pack-down
Indoor and porch holiday decor or celebrations —installed before you arrive and packed away after.
We stage to your style, handle storage bins, and leave a light refresh clean so the home feels reset.
- Install: unbox, stage, safe lighting, timer setup
- Pack-down: wrap, label, and store neatly

Cleaning
A light reset between visits—or full cleaning when you are here. We can offer both.
Kitchen & baths wiped, high-touch surfaces sanitized, floors vacuumed/mopped, beds straightened, trash out, and a quick photo confirmation.
